Rove Concepts is currently on the search for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for a meticulous individual with an enthusiastic and motivated personality to help our business grow.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:*

RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies and issues with vendors
- Liaise with our creative team in product development to ensure on-time-delivery before launching
- Liaise and communicate with our suppliers in China
- Uploading batches, containers and invoices to our system
- Assist management with production reporting and analysis
- Analyze production report and supplier loading plan while and reassuring lead time accuracy
- Execute on order plans with suppliers on a frequent basis
- Liaise with the production team in prioritizing shipment products based on demand forecasts
- Organizing and attending weekly meetings with suppliers when needed
- Assist with sourcing, inspection booking when needed
- Provide support in preparing ad-hoc reporting and analytical activities on an as-needed basis

**What you'll need**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a related field or industry
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptionally strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage tasks and deadlines
- Outstanding communication (written, spoken, presentation) skills
- Sense of urgency and passion - driven by our mission

- Out-of-the-box resourceful thinking and problem solving with a can-do attitude
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic - must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid rates of change
