St. Michael’s Health Group requires a highly organized and motivated person for a very busy finance office.

Major focus will be on the accounts payable function including reviewing all purchases to ensure appropriate authorizations and procedures, reconciling and data entry of accounts payables transactions, timely payment of accounts and reconciliation of the sub-ledgers to the general ledgers for several related companies, bank reconciliations.

Duties will also include assisting with other accounting functions and special projects within the finance department.

Strong consideration and preference will be given to those with an Accounting Diploma together with 1 year plus of accounting experience using SAGE for Windows/Excel/Access

**Experience**: Preferred
- 1 year(s): Accounting using SAGE

**Education**: Preferred
- Technical/other training or better in Accounting
