**What You'll Get to Do**

The Maintenance Technician is focused on installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing equipment / machinery to ensure safe, efficient operations and reports to the **Maintenance Manager.**

This role is perfect for an individual who approaches their work professionally, loves to be a part of a team, and wants to help us get better everyday. A vital member of the **Maintenance Department** this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

**Job responsibilities include**:

- Diagnose machinery issues and perform all necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Execute routine and preventive maintenance tasks accurately, including documentation and adherence to preventive maintenance programs (e.g., Emaint).
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing problems efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition while supporting a safety-first culture.
- Assist with non-electrical operational tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

**What We Are Looking For**

- Certified Red Seal.
- Certified Electrician/Journeyperson with the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications.
- 2 + years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, along with strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Solid work ethic with the ability to work under tight deadlines, rotating shifts, and weekends while maintaining efficiency and safety.
