**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure food preparation areas meet health and safety regulations
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with food preparation when required
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety

**Requirements**:

- Strong **customer service** skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations
- Familiarity with **POS systems**, especially **Micros POS**, is a plus
- Knowledge of **food safety** standards and proper **food handling** procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent **time management** skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in **serving**, **food preparation**, and **food service** is desirable
- Must be able to handle cash accurately and demonstrate good math skills
