**Territory Manager (Sales Representative)**

Work can be remote but will require occasional on-site presence in Huntsville, Ontario.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage and build relationships with both new and existing accounts.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid strategies to existing and prospective customers.
- Prospect and search for new owners and generate new business.
- Sales and product training
- Build and Manage sales targets/goals and help owners to come up with strategies to achieve them.
- Travel throughout cottage country meeting with new and existing owners

**Qualifications for successful requirements**:

- Prior Sales experience.
- Able to be self-motivated and work independently.
- Comfortable managing relationships at both a high level (Ownership/Senior Management) and able to do training at an entry level.
- be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers.
- Able to travel and have valid driver’s license.
- Strong PC skills and an ability to work with internal sales programs. Knowledge of MS Office and proficient in Excel and managing a CRM.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Post-Secondary Education (an asset but not required).

**Compensation**:

- Salary, bonus/commissions
- Cell phone and vehicle allowances
- Paid travel expenses

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Kawartha Lakes, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
