**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our thriving millwork business team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our millwork products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, networking events, and industry research.
- Conduct thorough research on customer needs, preferences, and project requirements to tailor product recommendations effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure a clear understanding of customer specifications and project timelines.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our millwork products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas within assigned territories.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness, network with potential clients, and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.
- Uphold the company's reputation for exceptional customer service and product quality by addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the millwork or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Languages: Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- In-depth knowledge of millwork products, construction materials, and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary with commission and bonus structure based on sales performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
