- Perform comprehensive analyses of a customers credit & financial history by analyzing credit reports (consumer & commercial) and supporting documentation
- Make outbound calls to collect any necessary documentation required by lenders
- Have a thorough understanding of lenders adjudication policies and procedures
- Provide lender feedback/rate quotation information to RBFS Account Manager.
- Remain current on program products and processes. Assist with the implementation of changes and new procedures as required.
- Maintain/exceed established standards and targets while adhering to all credit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in team huddles/committees.
- Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of related banking/finance or related industry experience.
- Strong credit evaluation and analytical skills, including familiarity with consumer credit bureau reports and analysis measures such as credit scores, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload.
- Demonstrate ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgement skills required when dealing with moderately complex procedures and situations when dealing with customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
