**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Analyze data from quality control tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project management teams to implement quality assurance protocols throughout the production cycle.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality management systems, including procedures and reports.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality standards and best practices in QA/QC.
- Assist in the fabrication process by providing insights on quality requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles, with a strong understanding of QA/QC principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software is a plus.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $77,692.00-$80,883.00 per year
