**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately estimate costs
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers to develop competitive bids
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing
- Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in Procore, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software is Must
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in pricing and budgeting

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- construction estimating: 3 years (preferred)
