Dr. Massi Dental Clinic is hiring We are seeking an experienced dental office coordinator to fulfill the role at our dentistry. Primary Responsibilities: Human Resources maintain cohesive teams and clinics who work well together by communicating effectively address all concerns in a timely manner with solutions that balance the needs of the business, patients and staff monitoring employee shifts and managing staff vacation time payroll verification, calculation and submission AR, billings, insurance billings, coordination of benefits recall list conflict resolution: rarely necessary with excellent communication ensure all Health and Safety standards are met implement efficiency strategies communicate with and manage doctor schedules; ensure they have the materials they require hiring, reviews, discipline, anniversaries Patient liason to ensure satisfaction within offices support admin teams so they are equipped with all they need to provide excellent service to our patients primary liason between patients, labs, CE providers, sales reps, vendors, practice suppliers Financial ensure all daily financial reporting and collections are accurate and complete using software and banking records monitor hygiene production is accurate suggest administrative processes which will encourage efficiency, production, and easy to follow steps oversee sundry purchases are staying within office budgeting ; track monthly spending ensure all vendor and lab bill accuracy prior to payment payroll Daily Operations daily communication/meetings organize and facilitate staff meetings, including minute distribution positive support to all team with a whatever it takes attitude ensure offices are presentable, uncluttered, tidy coordinating any IT support if necessary Schedule: Monday to Friday ( and availability on some Saturdays). Experience: Dental office coordinator : 1 year in Canada (required). Please note that applicants with a Dental Office Coordinator experience outside Canada are inadmissible for this position. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift
