Happy Stan's Recycling is looking for **On-site Associate **at our Guildford Town Centre location.

This is a casual part-time position with a possibility of a full time role.

The On-site Associates primary role is to efficiently perform sorting and processing of waste, servicing the docks, preparing material for pick-up, loading the recycling compactor and do basic housekeeping.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Sorting and processing all recyclables and waste into various grades of material
- Sorting and dismantling electronics
- Operating & loading a compactor
- Load bio composter
- Operating baler & other equipment
- Organize pallet area
- Organize and load materials for pick up
- Ensure maintenance of equipment
- Unload and load trucks by the use of a pallet jack or by hand.
- Organize and Perform general housekeeping of all recycling areas
- Follow Health & Safety procedure
- Complete work orders using Service Bridge app
- Other related duties

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to be trained
- Hard working person with a positive attitude
- Able to take directions well
- Ability to provide functional feedback about operations
- Manual Dexterity
- Physically able to stand for long period of time
- Organized and results oriented
- Ability to operate basic functions on a smartphone / tablet
