**Opportunity**
The **Operations Coordinator** position is responsible for supporting the Operations department in delivering administrative services and programs for the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society. Using attention to detail and proven data entry skills, the **Operations Coordinator** will assist the VP of Shelter Operations, Provincial Operations managers, and Clinic Managers in operations, human resources, and finance functions.

**Location**:Hybrid Role with ability to travel to our Provincial Office in Stouffville, Ontario
**Salary Range**:$45,000 to 50,000
**A Typical Day**
- Assists Provincial Operations Managers of Operations, Clinic Managers, and Animal Centre Managers in Animal Centre administrative support
- Animal Centre scheduling and payroll approval as required
- Operations department VISA purchasing and reconciliation
- Support with Animal centre/clinic/PATH invoice coding and digital filing
- Scheduling and maintaining department calendars and booking meetings
- Administrative support and calendar coordination for the VP, Shelter Operations
- Creation and data collection for departmental reports and presentations
- Maintenance of equipment, contact, and schedules for animal transfers
- Conduct data entry as required and ensure appropriate attention to details

**Do You Have What it Takes?**
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Motivated problem solver with sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Completion or enrollment in an Office Administration program/certificate
- Non-profit experience is considered an asset
- Experience with virtual learning/hosting technologies e.g. ZOOM, MS Teams, WebEx
- Clerical and/or office administration experience required
- Ability to work a hybrid of onsite at the Provincial Office and remotely from home as required
