We are looking for a proactive and organized **Business Support & Social Media Specialist** to join our team. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative support with creative digital engagement. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the business owner, and helping maintain a strong online presence through social media and Ai tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accepting and managing deliveries
- Assembling and preparing customer orders
- Providing direct support to the business owner as needed
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media posts across platforms (Handling all social media platforms)
- Using AI tools and prompts for content generation and automation
- Managing digital files and documents
- Updating spreadsheets, tracking orders, and supporting daily operations
- Maintaining a professional and helpful presence both in-person and online
- Help create newsletters and value adds for clients
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Tech-savvy with experience in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Comfortable learning and working with AI and online tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Friendly, flexible, and a team player
- Prior experience in a support or admin role is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
