**Job Description**:
The Photo Studio Coordinator coordinates clothing samples for eCommerce photoshoots and assists Photo Studio Supervisor with all photoshoot related tasks.

Critical Functions

1. Photo Studio Coordination
- Coordinates the reception of all photoshoot clothing and accessory samples.
- Prioritizes samples and establishes shot lists for daily photoshoots.
- Is responsible for studio warehouse inventory, including seasonal count.
- Supports the Photo Studio Supervisor with administrative tasks.
- Supports the photoshoot team with ad hoc requests.
- Communicates with all external departments for all photoshoot sample related inquiries.
- Keeps up with all internal software used to track the movement of inventory.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail fashion industry is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Is collaborative and detail-oriented.
- Bilingualism.
