What you’ll doAdministration Annual and detailed budget monitoring in collaboration with the managerInvoicing management: Obtain approval for quotes and invoicesManage and negotiate contracts, quotes, bids, and invoices from external suppliersProductionAssist managers (photo, video, and in-house studio) with the production component of campaign developmentCasting research and recommendations (contracts, uses, and rights of use)Filming location research and recommendations (rights, permits, and insurance)Partner research and recommendations: photographers, videographers, motion designers, and external suppliers related to the creative fieldHire makeup artists, stylists, photo assistants, digi tech, and set designersPrepare production schedules and deadlines and confirm them with external partnersPresent on all shoots and filming (assisting with supervising teams in the field)Ensure the transport and movement of equipmentManage logistics during shoots (arrival, meals, setup, etc.)Coordinate all FGL Studio shoots in collaboration with product specialistsPost-production Post-production photo managementCoordinate colorization and touch-upsCoordinate motion design Coordinate sound sessionsCoordinate external freelance editorsMonitor video and photo rightsPlanningAssists with annual shoot and filming planningParticipate in the development of shoot plans with managers and the planning teamAssist the manager in the development of major strategic presentations: shoot plans and PPM documentsCollaborate in sample management with product specialistsWhat you bringDegree in production, project management, communications, or equivalentMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in film, photo shoot, or event managementStrong interest in and knowledge of sports, as well as local physical and outdoor activitiesUnderstanding of photo shoot production stages and traditional, digital, and social marketing channelsThorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite 365French (spoken and written), English (functional in a work context)Experience in the retail sector (an asset).Team player with a high degree of autonomy and communication skillsStrategic and creative approach that puts the brand at the heart of their thinkingStrong ability to thrive in a matrix work structure and demonstrate operational agility in a retail environmentDetail-oriented and meticulous: ability to work quickly and accuratelyStrong ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes at the same timeStrong organizational skills and ability to manage prioritiesStrong communication skills and ability to build good interpersonal relationshipsDriver’s LicenceInterest in the creative industry (an asset)#LI-MM2
