As the Studio Assistant, you will contribute to Laura’s success by assisting the eCommerce studio with various processes, daily production, and daily e-commerce photography shoots. This role requires attention to detail, a sense of urgency and accountability, a deep understanding of our brand, and the ability to work closely with our styling and production teams to meet daily shoot/upload quotas.

**How will you support the team?**
- Off-figure stylist for clothing and accessories.
- Support in the styling workflow such as sample organization, rack set-up, steaming / prep, data entry and scanning of products; re-tagging samples; following styling document prepared by Stylist Liaison.
- Upload eCommerce off-figure photos and eCommerce videos online and ensure backups are loaded onto company servers.
- Assist in the reception of all photoshoot clothing and accessory samples.
- Support the studio team with ad hoc requests and administrative tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- 1-2 years’ off-figure, high volume, eCommerce assisting experience
- A passion for the art of styling
- The ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken to efficiently communicate with internal and external partners)
