**GAVIN HOCKEY WEALTH SPECIALISTS IS LOOKING TO ADD A CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST TO OUR TEAM**

GAVIN Group operates a multi-family office and are registered portfolio managers, with a specialty in wealth management for professional hockey players, athletes and affluent households. GAVIN Group is dedicated to clients, their goals and long-term financial success.

**JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS**
- This position is centered on meeting the day-to-day financial needs for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and professional athletes. Primary functions include coordinating banking activity (ie. bill payments), processing administrative tasks with the firm’s custodial providers (NBIN, AVISO and BNY Mellon Pershing) and health insurance benefit submission and reconciliation.
- As a Client Service Specialist, you will also contribute to the team’s preparation of comprehensive financial planning models. You will assist in managing the efforts of third-party professionals such as accountants, legal professionals, insurance providers, and banking associates.
- The role requires acute **attention to detail**, excellent **time management**, exemplary **verbal and written skills** and a penchant for **problem solving**. Relationship building skills are essential, as there will be frequent contact with the firm’s customers and suppliers. The ability to work in an independent environment are critical aspects.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
- Written communication to clients and third-party professionals.
- Serve as liaison between the wealth management team, portfolio managers and customers to improve customer service and business productivity.
