Raymond James Independent Financial Services, Perreira Wealth Advisory is hiring a Client Service Specialist to join their growing cross-border wealth management practice in Toronto. Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada’s leading independent investment dealers, offering high-quality investment products and services to clients seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.

The Client Service Specialist role provides exceptional client service while representing the Perreira Wealth Advisory brand. This position’s primary focus is to assist the Financial Advisor in building their business using strong administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

To qualify for this opportunity, you possess:

- A post-secondary diploma or degree; and
- 2 years of experience in the investment brokerage or financial services industry.
- A positive attitude and organizational skills. A keen attention to detail. Exceptional follow-through. Superior problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course and US (FINRA) licensing exams.
- Ability to
- Take initiative to get things done with mínimal supervision/direction.
- Work in a team environment and the ability to work independently.
- Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
- Exercise tact and discretion and handle confidential information.
