An overview of your mandates and responsibilities
We're looking for a visionary who can engage, lead and develop a growing team while actively contributing to the firm's projects.
Strategic and operational leadership
Lead the annual strategic plan and ensure regional objectives are met
Develop strong relationships with clients and communities to increase BBA's visibility and presence in the region
Inspire the team and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
Ensure operational excellence by optimizing processes and adhering to health and safety standards
Talent management and engagement
Recruit and integrate top talent to build an outstanding team
Coach, guide and develop employees to support their professional growth
Establish a stimulating work environment that encourages creativity and engagement
Technical contribution
Supervise the production of engineering reports and technical documents
Work with other BBA offices to share best practices
Support projects in the field and mentor junior engineers

Profile and essential skills
University degree in engineering or a related field
At least 12 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting engineering
Demonstrated experience in managing and engaging multidisciplinary teams
Strong interest in business and organizational development
Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
**Asset**: member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
