**As a new Resident Support Partner joining our Village, you will**:
Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents. Being an important member of the Neighbourhood team, you will act as a support to our Personal Support Workers (PSW) and RPNs. Our Resident Support Partners at Schlegel Villages perform a variety of tasks to support our residents such as:

- Assisting residents to and from the dining room for meals
- Supporting an enjoyable mealtime experience through assisting with eating
- Supporting residents with nourishment and hydration throughout the day
- Light housekeeping duties such as making beds and putting away laundry
- Assisting with dressing and grooming activities
- Assisting the team in supporting residents in using the washroom
- Assisting the team in supporting the resident’s spa experience
- Supporting oral care in the morning and after meals
- Support Neighbourhood team to answer resident call bells promptly

**To be successful as our new Resident Support Partner, you will**:

- Respect the rights and dignity of all residents, families, team members and visitors to the Village and address any requests with professionalism and care
- Be committed to following task procedures when completing all assigned tasks
- Handle residents’ personal items, Village supplies and equipment with care and respect
