Reporting to the KAM Back-Office Supervisor, you will work closely with the Back-office team and Customer Management team to support the team’s goals within the organizations key business objectives. This position is located at our head office in Guelph, ON (remote work).

**You will be responsible for**:

- Preparing Quotes, Pricing and Sales promotions for prospects and new customers
- Completing competition analysis and market segment research while maintaining and updating numerous reports
- Reviewing and adjust price as necessary
- Processing of sample orders, orders, promotional offers, and items
- Inquiring about inventory/ product availability
- Facilitate and support delivery related requests from customers and sales representatives
- Provide product related information as required
- Participation in sales meetings and ride along’s with sales representatives as needed

**Position Requirements**:

- College or University Education
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
- Proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving
- Ability to influence toward productive outcomes without having formal authority over partners.
- Excellent communication and customer management (verbal and written) skills
- Able to exhibit strong collaborative and team working skills, including providing constructive feedback as well as the ability to work independently as needed.
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
