**JOIN OUR TEAM**

**POSITION**SUMMARY**:
The **EDI Specialist** is responsible for developing and delivering equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) programs and initiatives within MOSAIC, with a focus on curriculum development, facilitation, and content creation. This role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure that all initiatives align with MOSAIC’s vision, mission, and strategic goals. The EDI Specialist also plays a key role in facilitating workshops, developing educational materials, and supporting project coordination across various departments.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the achievement of goals and contractual outcomes related to EDI programs and projects.
- Ensure program accountability to EDI principles within MOSAIC and report findings to the Senior Manager
- Support and assign work to on-call staff when they are assigned to projects
- Conduct research, analyze data, and develop policies and curriculum related to EDI initiatives.
- Develop and facilitate workshops and webinars on EDI topics for internal and external audiences.
- Develop and maintain the EDI Presentation decks ensuring diverse set of topics ready and prepared to be contextualized for clients.
- Create eLearning modules and educational content for various audiences, ensuring the content reflects EDI principles.
- Plan and create assessments, resources, and learning materials tailored to the needs of diverse clients.
- Develop tools and metrics to gauge the effectiveness of EDI initiatives across MOSAIC programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to foster collaboration on EDI initiatives.
- Attend and participate in community and industry meetings to stay informed about trends and best practices in EDI.
- Organize and facilitate focus groups, client meetings, and stakeholder consultations to gather feedback and inform EDI program development.
- Identify opportunities for MOSAIC to expand EDI training services to new clients and markets and seek opportunities to boost Centre for Diversity’s social enterprise
- Develop and submit reports, project briefs, and literature reviews to document progress and evaluate the impact of EDI initiatives.
- Report on the accountability of MOSAIC programs to EDI principles and submit findings to the Senior Manager.
- Use data and feedback to make informed recommendations for program improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for internal planning and external funding purposes.
- Support the Senior Manager and Coordinator in planning, coordinating, and facilitating events related to EDI, working closely with the Centre for Diversity team and external partners.
