Dental Administrator

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage electronic medical records and ensure data accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Utilize Tracker and RecallMax software for scheduling and billing purposes
- Serve as a point of contact for patients and visitors
- Coordinate front desk activities in a dental or medical office setting
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a dental office
- 3+ years
- Proficiency in using Tracker software for office management tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
