**POSITION TITLE**:
**Training Content and Platforms Manager - MacLean Academy**

**LOCATION**:
**Sudbury, ON (MacLean Research and Training Facility)**

**SCOPE**

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Support, the Training Content and Platforms Manager will deliver critical support to operationalize and execute on the MacLean Academy learning strategy for cross-functional digital skill development and mechanical/equipment operation training programs.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accountable for the scoping, design, development and delivery of MacLean Academy learning projects, meets course development milestones, ensuring delivery of quality learning solutions that meet objectives/final deliverable requirements;
- Design and develop interactive and responsive eLearning modules/courseware using leading instructional design principles and industry standard tools
- Design, develop and deliver innovative digital learning solutions to address customer performance requirements leveraging relevant and appropriate modalities
- Lead the implementation of learning curricula, programs, performance support etc. through the learning management system (LMS)

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree or equivalent;
- 10-15 years’ experience in industrial training design and delivery;
- 5-10 years of managerial experience;
- Experience in the mining sector is an asset;
- Adult education accreditation is an asset;
- Bilingualism (French or Spanish) is an asset.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess a valid driver’s license;
- Possess a valid passport;
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Regular travel to Collingwood will be required; travel to customer site(s) required; some international travel will also be required.
