Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Technical Training Specialist with deep commitment to learning and hands-on expertise in
AI & emerging digital technologies
. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences for engineers, technology professionals, business leaders and enterprise teams across North America.

You will be responsible for creating cutting-edge content, conducting hands-on technical sessions, and enabling learners to apply modern AI / Digital tools, frameworks, and best practices in real-world environments. This position blends technical training, content architecture, and industry-focused mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

  • Deliver instructor-led sessions on AI, ML, GenAI, Data Science, cloud, cyber security and related technologies.
  • Conduct hands-on labs, workshops, and real-time practical training.
  • Mentor learners through projects, assignments, and doubt clarification sessions.
  • Adapt teaching methods for diverse learner groups and levels.
  • Curriculum & Program Development
  • Contribute to designing and updating AI curriculum, labs, and training content.
  • Ensure programs remain aligned with current industry tools and trends.
  • Create new modules, assessments, and capstone project structures in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate
    reporting, tracking of attendance, and management of operational activities
    for all programs and interventions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive
    end-to-end coordination
    , ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Support
    program governance
    , including documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes.
  • As an integral member of the
    North America Talent Development team
    , collaborate and work closely with
    HR, Business teams, and unit Talent Development teams
    to ensure alignment and successful execution of various Talent Development initiatives.

Industry Alignment & Expertise


• Stay current with emerging AI/ML, data consulting, and cloud AI technologies.


• Bring real-world case studies, industry insights, and use cases into the classroom.


• Align training content with market expectations and client needs.

Learner Engagement & Assessment


• Track learner progress and provide structured feedback.


• Evaluate assignments, labs, and project submissions.


• Foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment.


• Ensure high program completion rates and strong learner outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience


• Hands-on training expertise in AI/ML algorithms, model building, and deployment.


• Strong knowledge of training Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP, and GenAI tools.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI frameworks.


• Exposure to AI solutioning or data consulting engagements.


• Prior training or mentoring experience (preferred).


• Ability to design labs, assignments, and project-driven learning modules.


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Qualification


• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.


• Relevant AI/ML certifications are an added advantage

Portfolio, GitHub, or demonstrable project experience in applied AI or GenAI (a plus).
