**As the Content & Social Media Manager, You Can Expect to Be**:
- Leading the development, implementation, and management of a B2C social media strategy across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc) and defining all social media KPIs.
- Creating content - not just for social media but for our website and marketing materials.
- Conceiving and creating fresh and appealing ideas for new content that supports the company’s brand identity, and maintains brand consistency across platforms.
- Collaborating closely with marketing and sales to help drive increased sales through the creation and curation of educational, promotional, and engaging content.
- Growing our audience engagement across platforms through live stories, videos/reels, personal interaction, SEO, strategic hashtag use, etc.
- Analyzing and reporting on engagement data, identifying trends, monitoring competitor social media activity, and identifying opportunities.
- Leverage automation and monitoring tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Planoly.
- Traveling to our various clinic locations within the GTA to create content.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- 1+ years of experience managing /overseeing social media for a B2C company.
- Exceptionally strong writing skills - storytelling, blogging, article writing, etc.
- Skilled in creating visuals and using tools such as Adobe Spark and Canva to create eye-catching content;
- Experienced in creating content using a mobile phone or DSLR Camera (we will provide), and in using video editing (LightRoom) and photo editing software.
- Expertise with SEO best practices to ensure creative copy includes effective keyword placement.
- Proven ability to blend creativity, insight, and data into effective campaigns.
- Solid understanding of metrics: click through rates, bounce rates, etc.
- Highly organized, driven individual with a passion for beauty and skin care.
