**Responsibilities**:

- Payment processing and operation of the reservation system
- Presenting an introduction/storyline to customers prior to gameplay
- Fully understanding all puzzles to be able to provide useful hints
- Resetting the rooms after games
- Cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the premises

Core Attributes
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in Google sheets
- Some experience with Photoshop and/or Video Editing Software and social media is required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 18 per week
