**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background - with structural experience in buildings, bridges, dams, retaining walls, marine structure and/or moveable bridges.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Manages multi-disciplinary projects typically oriented around public infrastructure managing structural engineers, ecologists, water resources engineers, geotechnical engineers to deliver projects to clients.

+ Works with clients and specialists to develop and deliver project scopes to solve engineering problems

+ Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule

+ Occasional on site work and coordination with contractors and clients to document site conditions and assess

+ Ensuring Overall project quality and integrity;
+ Undertake quality control procedures

+ Assures that engineering related issues are promptly relayed to the Project team for action and follows up to assure timeliness of resolution efforts

+ Review and assist in the preparation of documentation for design projects and reports

+ Ensures deficiencies are corrected prior to acceptance of the work and delivery to clients

+ Assist other Project Managers

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering + 6 years of experience in transportation projects: municipal, bridge, roads, etc.

+ PEng

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
+ Ideally 10+ years of experience in project management in a municipal and or consulting environment

+ Experience with financial programs to manage projects

+ Experience with a quality assurance program

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Software.
