We are currently hiring an Immigration and Education Consultant for Toronto office.

Work location: remote due to COVID-19

**Job duties**:

- Address clients queries regarding Canada school programs and immigration program;
- Proficiency in education consultancy, with professional customer service and communication skills;
- A pro-active advisor who anticipates customer needs, offers proactive advice and stays informed of industry events and circumstances that may be relevant to the client. Listens intently to client needs in order to ensure that these needs are met;
- Maintaining regular communication with clients while focusing on business needs and organizing regular meetings with formal agendas and presentations;
- Ability to develop and manage time efficiently, identify and address critical tasks, and remain flexible to changing priorities;
- Attention to details, be able to complete multitasks before the due date in a high accuracy;
- Professional work ethics, keep strict confidentiality with client & company information;
- A good team player working independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Language requirement: English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in using social media, such as WeChat, What’s App, and Telegram etc.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Confident, outgoing, team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and prioritize workload
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy of data
- Have strong work ethic
