CanadaPass is a Canadian immigration law consultancy firm based in Toronto, Canada. Our team of experienced immigration consultants, lawyers, and clerks provides the highest immigration services. We assist clients through various programs, including the ones under IMP’S, LMIA based work permits, provincial entrepreneur streams, start-up visa program, family sponsorship, express entry, the Atlantic immigration pilot program, the rural and northern immigration pilot program, as well as study permits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the accuracy and adjustment of the client's data, as well as the planning and review of all legal documents.
- Complete immigration document preparation without supervision
- Managing a significant volume of immigration cases under tight deadlines
- Organizing files, managing files, and keeping track of deadlines
- Maintaining timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders
- Researching and staying current on immigration programs
- Keeping a positive working connection with all clients and coworkers.
**Job Requirements**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Canadian Immigration Law.
- Speaking farsi is an asset.
- Experience in corporate immigration is an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, rules, and procedures.
- Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing skills.
- Master in drafting with the ability to generate creative submission letters.
- Time management, as well as the ability to complete a tough portfolio.
- Motivated and a team player.
- Detail-oriented.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- You must have a thorough understanding of the following Canadian immigration systems and procedures:

4. Provincial Nomination Programs (PNPs) business and skilled groups

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
