As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne DALSA is recruiting for a CMOS Project Manager in Waterloo

The CMOS Project Manager is responsible for delivering the project deliverables according to the agreed upon schedule, budget, specifications, and BoM, with the resources assigned.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sets up and maintains and project plan, and negotiates with the relevant resource group managers, for resources assignments.- Updates planning regularly throughout the project, to maintain predictability of progress and resource usage (labor and non-labor costs, Capex).- Monitors closely the project costs and product BoM and reports on deviations.- Regularly reports to the Management Team (MT) on project progress - alerts to deviations in project plan (costs, schedule, BoM).- Proposes a Change-of-Scope (CoS) when required and executes CoS if accepted.- Organizes the milestone meetings, review meetings, and progress meetings and coordinates adequate reporting.- Is attentive to bottlenecks, contributes to finding solutions and implements them.- Is the contact person for the project towards other project managers, other departments and resource managers.- Is the contact person to customers and suppliers for the project.- Attends relevant external courses and training to improve his/her Project Management skills.

**Requirements**:
- PMP designation and/or proven knowledge of project planning and execution.- At least 3 years experience in a project manager function.- Good reporting and communication skills- People management skills- Basic financial skills- Good skills in Microsoft Office
