DLC Greenteam, the West Island’s top Landscaping and Snow Removal company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate and innovative support team. As a key member of the DLC Administration team, he/she will be the first point of contact all customers wishing to contact us about current or potential services.

The Customer Service Representative will process requests for services via the creation of leads and contracts on our CRM software. They will assist in scheduling appointments for members of the Sales team. They will also assist in the contract renewal process, and in producing and processing contracts in both summer/winter months.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Building and maintaining customer relationships by handling questions with speed and professionalism.
- Handling extremely high volumes of calls during snowstorms.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Performing and receiving calls regarding accounts payable and outstanding balances.
- Assistance with snow removal, lawn, and garden contract creation and renewals.
- Act as the first point of contact and distribution for all incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and between divisions.
- Create leads for new business with a 24-hour turnaround.
- Book appointments for salespeople
- Perform office administrative tasks overflow when needed (scanning bills, posting payments, etc.).

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school education or equivalent.
- DEC in Administration or other relevant education is an asset.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Previous 5+ years experience in customer service
- Must be friendly, proactive, outgoing and have the desire to find solutions for customers at all times
- Must be able to adapt to new technology and learn quickly
- Must be a Microsoft Office expert (Office, Excel, Powerpoint). Experience working with Google Suite, LMN and/or Follosoft is an asset.
- _Green industry experience is a plus_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
