**Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance & configuration on transactional backlog as well as larger development efforts
- Design, develop and maintain workflows rules, validation rules and flows, etc.
- Build Reports and Dashboards
- Familiar with Sandbox environments and pushing Change sets
- Continuous collaboration on functional and technical designs with various stakeholders
**Qualifications**
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Experience designing, configuring and executing in a highly collaborative, agile and remote environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks, identify trends, and manage an escalation process including status updates to management and internal customers.
- Experience working in a heavily customized Salesforce environment and/or working in a 3000+ user environment (a plus).
**Required Skills**:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written; able to speak to business users in “layman’s language”
- Critical thinker - spots gaps, challenges assumptions, pushes back against bad ideas, offers best-practices alternatives
- Mindset of configuration before code to maximize maintainability for clients
- Synthesis: Able to interpret customer requirements definitions; able to create solid requirements definitions based on customer data gathering
- High threshold for quality; turns in good product; able to create and follow solid test plans
