Salesforce Administrator with SAP

The Salesforce Administrator will be embedded within the clients existing Sales and Business Support teams, working closely with stakeholders to support the Sales Business Unit.
Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day sales operations and system administration. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce administration experience, has worked in an SAP environment, and understands how Salesforce integrates with SAP. This role focuses on operational support, data quality, reporting, and pipeline hygiene rather than advanced development or architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration support for the Sales organization
- Respond to sales administration questions and provide system guidance to users
- Manage and maintain Salesforce content, including clean-up and data accuracy initiatives
- Build, run, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Ensure pipeline hygiene, data completeness, and reporting accuracy
- Support ongoing alignment between Salesforce and SAP systems, understanding data flows and dependencies
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Support teams to ensure Salesforce effectively supports business processes
Required Skills and Experience
- Mid-level (or strong junior) Salesforce Administrator experience
- Practical experience working in a Salesforce environment integrated with SAP
- Solid understanding of sales operations, CRM data management, and reporting
- Experience with data clean-up, content management, and pipeline management
- Comfortable working directly with business users and answering operational questions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work full-time during EST hours
Additional Information
- This role is based in Toronto, onsite
- Full-time engagement (35 hours per week)
- No advanced Salesforce development skills required
- Focus is on administration, reporting, and operational support rather than strategic design
