Managing the practice of one Partner and one Patent Litigation Consultant, and one Patent Agent by undertaking a triage role in the coordination of all Firm and client-related activities for the legal professional (LP), thereby allowing them to concentrate on providing valuable legal services to clients.

**Position Requirements**:

- Education and Experience_

The successful incumbent will have a Community College Certificate in a Legal Secretarial Assistant program or equivalent, strong communication, organizational and technical skills (MS Office suite). The successful incumbent must also be a self-starter who is detail oriented, shows strong initiative and display an interest in developing their knowledge of this practice area and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Legal Secretarial Assistant role. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Bilingual oral and written (English/French) is required. Experience in Intellectual Property or Litigation is strongly preferred.
