**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to drive business growth
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
**Skills**:
- Proven track record of success in regional sales management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to travel within the region as required
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC H4N 3L5
