The area covered will be for the East Region (Quebec, NFL, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI). This is a full-time position, permanent position.

**How you will contribute**:
- Recruit, train and manage a sales team.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
- Train new employees to use company software and successful sales techniques
- Achieve sales targets, including number of new signings, active merchants, and transaction volume, through own individual sales and effectively motivating all team members.
- Research ways to penetrate new markets and develop new sales strategies
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan
- Lead regular meetings with sales team and one-on-one coaching
- Monitor and manage equipment rental and discount rates to ensure profitability.
- Collect merchant information through team members to update CRM in a timely manner.
- Communicate with internal departments for boarding processes, ensuring all supporting information and documents are accurate, complete, and authentic.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders for merchant requirements, complaints, and other feedbacks.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and other periodic reports to help management improve sales plans.
- Channel non-standalone leads to other teams.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Prior territory and team management experience in B2B environment.
- Prior experience in recruiting team members and providing skill training to inexperienced sales.
- A good mentor, trainer, motivator to support a team of 10+ salespeople achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business acumen and strong leadership to build a highly productive team in designated territory.
- Prior payment industry, IT, eCommerce experience is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter.
- Proficiency in English is required, while other languages would be an asset.
- Access to a vehicle would be a definite asset.
