Digital Chiros is now looking for a full-time, work-from-home client success manager whose role will be to handle all day-to-day client interactions, as well as manage the projects and correct issues as needed to ensure client success

Client Success Managers are the liaisons between the agency and its clients. They are the primary point of contact -- handling all day-to-day client interactions, as well as managing the projects and correcting issues as needed to ensure client success.

They are committed to providing top-quality service and exceptional results above all else.

You will receive world-class training on how to excel as a client success manager, and you will also have the opportunity for growth within the company, as we are small, but growing fast.

As a client success manager, you would simultaneously be an agency representative, project manager, and most importantly, coach. Clients will sometimes act in ways that aren't in their best interest, or they will make requests of you that maybe are also not in their best interest.

It would be your responsibility to tell them no, and to analyze the situation critically to do what's best for them WHILE ALSO keeping a positive relationship with the client.

We are looking for coaches -- marketing personal trainers. We need people who feel

comfortable saying, “no we won’t do that, and here’s why ” to a misguided client

request, and then coaching them towards the best course of action.

Our Client Success Managers are able to call clients out when they fail to meet expectations or behave against their own self-interest, all while maintaining a positive relationship based on mutual respect and a shared goal of client success above all else.

What This Job Entails

Starting Salary: $4000/month with bonuses based on performance (make up to $10,000 per month)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. House can vary slightly depending on tasks, but you will be working 35 to 45 hours per week.

Tasks
- Maintain and develop client relationships based upon mutual respect, high-quality service, expectation setting, and coaching
- Use the company core values to guide independent decisions about client accounts
- Manage the entire client life-cycle, including launch calls, check-ins, billing, and offboarding calls
- Upsell clients on relevant products
- Collect client feedback and pass it along to the team to drive constant improvement

**Required Skills**:

- Great written and oral communication skills in English.
- Coachable -- You will receive world-class training on client success. If you are not receptive to feedback and aren't hungry to learn new skills, please do not bother applying.
- Team player -- You will be in constant communication with the rest of the team for multiple reasons. If you do not like communicating with your team members, this job wouldn't be for you.
- Critical Thinking -- While still following guidelines, you aren't scared of making your own decisions and taking ownership over your role & responsibilities.
- Self-starter -- You don't want to, nor do you need to be supervised all the time, as you're confident in your ability to finish your own tasks on time, and to excel in your role.
- Sociable -- This is a role where you will constantly be in communication with clients. If you don't like talking to people, this job definitely isn't for you. But if you get excited at the idea of building long-term relationships with clients, then this is the perfect job for you.
- Data-driven -- We are a marketing company, meaning that we offer marketing services to our clients. Marketing is all about numbers, so you need to be able to look at those numbers, and make decisions based on them.
