S Four Inc. is a family-owned and operated multi-residential real estate company. We own and operate all our properties in Kitchener and Waterloo. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and trained Property Manager to work within our small but driven team.
Your role will include executing and managing of long term residential rental properties for S-Four Inc. You will be responsible for assisting and ensuring all aspects of the rental properties are properly managed. Specific tasks include marketing, leasing, inspections, rent collection, maintenance requests, bookkeeping, etc.
This role includes but is not limited to the responsibilities listed below as well as managing these responsibilities within the company:
- Be bondable.
- Follow direction and complete required items on daily to-do lists as assigned by management.
- Good communication and coordination
- Software implementation, tracking and data input.
- Advertising and marketing, strong computer skill a must.
- Tenant contact, unit access and follow-up for any concerns.
- Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions, bringing forward to management.
- Assist with systems and procedure development.
- Ensure high standards and efficiency to deliver quality and tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor cost effective use of materials and resources.
- Identify, rectify and/or report any unsafe working conditions to management.
- Travel to multiple buildings will be required.
- To be results driven, to bring decisive, focused leadership. To be accountable to yourself and your co-workers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety training and reporting requirements. As well attend safety, training, scheduling, strategy and other meetings as required.
- Being on-call for after-hours emergencies as required.
- Other duties as warranted.
Recommended Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant multi-res experience.
- Solid understanding of related legislation LTB process and forms
- Good communication and organization skills will be essential.
- Strong computer skills
- G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Willingness to learn.
- Be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Time management
- To bring decisive, focused leadership & be results driven.
- To be accountable to yourself and your co-workers.
Pay: $39,656.08-$74,605.51 per year
