**We are seeking to hire a simulated weapons repair and maintenance Technician at our Ville Saint-Laurent Qc. Facility.**
As a Simulated Weapon system Technician, you will be joining a vibrant team of professionals dedicated to customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide technical telephone support to our customers and Inveris field operators as well as servicing Virtual Small Arms Trainers and related weapon systems.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Ensure all incoming service calls, work orders, test report are logged into our ticketing system and completed in a timely and accurate basis in accordance with our customer service contract agreement
- Troubleshoot, inspect and repair Small Arms Trainers and weapon systems as required.
- Ensure all required testing has been completed prior to returning equipment to customer.
- Ensure all working tools are well maintained and calibrated before usage.
- Periodically verify the availability of spares parts stock and provide recommendations to the Manager of Customer repairs and service for appropriate replenishment.
- Maintain a safe and effective environment using appropriate personal protective and safety equipment. Ensure all industrial safety regulations are adhered to and respected.
- Interface with the company quality representative to ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are executed in compliance with our quality management system (ISO 9001).
- Carry out all other related tasks as assigned by the Manager of Customer repairs and service to support company operational objectives.
**Job Requirements**
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Detain Certificate or DEC in electronics / mechanical technology or equivalent experience in related field.
- Good Knowledge of pneumatics ranging from 100 to 4000 psi
- Knowledge and experience with soldering (PCB) and crimping wires
- Minimum 3 years of experience with electro-mechanical repair work
- Well organized, dedicated, resourceful, and ability to work within a team environment.

A titre de technicien vous ferez partie d’une équipe dynamique de professionnels dédiés à la satisfaction de la clientèle. Sous la responsabilité du Chef du Service, vous serez responsable de fournir une assistance téléphonique technique à nos clients et à nos opérateurs des systèmes sur le terrain, ainsi de faire l'entretien et la réparation des système d’entrainements virtuels d'armes légères et des systèmes d'armes connexes.
**Les principales responsabilités comprennent**:
- Assurez-vous que tous les appels de service entrants, les bons de travail et les rapports de test sont bien enregistrés dans notre système de billetterie et complétés en temps opportun avec précision et conformément à nos obligations envers nos clients.
- Dépanner, inspecter et réparer les simulateurs d’entrainements d'armes légères et les systèmes d'armes connexes selon les besoins.
- S’assurez-vous que tous les tests requis ont été effectués avant de renvoyer l'équipement au client.
- S’assurez-vous que tous les outils de travail sont bien entretenus et calibrés avant leurs utilisations.
- Vérifier périodiquement la disponibilité des pièces de rechange et fournir des recommandations au responsable des pièces pour un réapprovisionnement approprié.
- Maintenir un espace de travail propre et efficace en utilisant l’équipement de protection fournis. Veiller à ce que toutes les règles de sécurité industrielle soient respectées.
- Agir comme intermédiaire avec l’équipe de la qualité et veiller à ce que les activités effectuées au niveau du service de réparation des simulateurs et autres produits soient conformes aux exigences des systèmes intégrés de gestion (ISO 9001)
- Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes assignées par le directeur du service pour soutenir les objectifs opérationnels de l'entreprise.
**Exigences de l'emploi**
- Doit posséder de bonnes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en (anglais et français);
- Détenir un certificat ou un DEC en (électronique/technologie mécanique)/ou l'expérience équivalente dans un domaine connexe.
- Bonne connaissance de la pneumatique allant de 100 à 4000 psi
- Connaissance et expérience de la soudure (PCB) et des fils de sertissage
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans les réparations électromécaniques
- Bien organisé, dévoué, ingénieux et capacité à travailler en équipe**.**
