**Service Desk Technician **to

**Location**: St-Laurent, QC

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide 2nd level end-user onsite support.
- Receiving, Updating, Closing Service desk tickets
- Imaging and deploying new computers.
- Perform and support software installations.
- Troubleshooting Computer and Network Issues.
- Cell phone and landline configuration.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing IT Helpdesk position.
- Focused on hands-on experience with Networking, Troubleshooting, ticketing system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 2016, Active Directory 2012/2016.
- Familiar with a Ticketing System to open and close requests.
- Bilingualism is required: English and French.
