**Summary of position**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a law firm
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of wills and estates law and procedures
- Ability to be both a self-starter and team player
- Excellent technical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
