**The Work**

As part of this rewarding role you will be working with and supporting the service manager and supervisor. You will be the face to our residential customers at our retail store and will be providing superior customer service for all our client within North America. Reporting to Service Manager, you will also be responsible for:

- Answering phones and assisting customers with troubleshooting and sourcing parts from various vendors
- Drafting various types of service quotes for chemicals, parts and maintenance with direction from the service manager and supervisor
- Greeting retail store customers; provide product knowledge and support, complete water chemistry testing and water balance support
- Review retail store stock levels and report to manger for required orders
- Proactively contacting and cold calling customers for service & preventative maintenance work
- Back up for Service Manager for Waterslide accounts, service and facility maintenance quotations, and seasonal opening and closing proposals.
- Responsible for addressing and processing company warranty claims
- Responsible for maintaining current revenue in Sales Force
- Back up for Customer Service Supervisor for, delivery dispatching, chemical order processing, service and chemical invoicing and quoting as directed
- Back up for Store Manager for retail store
- Responsible for special order processing and service department purchasing
- Back up for Maintaining pricing database for the company
- Assisting customers in the retail pool store
- Printing, filing, sorting, and other administrative duties as required
- Supporting and assisting other departments as needed

**Qualifications**
- Minimal high school diploma, post second secondary education preferred
- Aquatic industry experience considered an asset
- Previous customer service/administrative experience is required (2 years)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) considered an asset
- Knowledge of Jonas, RB Controls and Microsoft Office considered an asset
- Fully vaccinated
- Clean background check - some customers require this

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
