**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients and addressing issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their service requirements and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the service team
- .Processing of invoicing, sales receipts & credit card payments.
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ordering and maintaining inventory supplies
- Assist in store maintenance and displays.
- Opening and closing duties
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact politely and effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving abilities to address client issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge in MS Office, QuickBooks & capacity to learn new technologies/systems.
- Accurately entering customer information into POS system, creating invoices and sales receipts, accepting cash or credit along with other store duties.
- Knowledge in the Marine Industry is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

**Experience**:

- parts management: 1 year (preferred)
