**What is it?**

Any service advisor goal is to provide world class experience for our customers by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Palladino Auto Group. This role requires someone who is passionate about taking care of the Customer and helping them turn an unpleasant event into a positive experience. This role requires juggling many Customers, priorities, communication and follow-up throughout the day

**What can I expect?**

New Internal Services Advisors who join our team are fully trained on all the processes and software they will be using. They start with learning about each department in the dealership to understand how they all work together and play a role in the parts and services team. Our teams work together and learn from the best. The internal services advisor will be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery by coordinating between the Sales and Service departments and filling in for Service Department as necessary. He or She will be completing the orders for necessary parts. The person in this position will also work with the new and pre-owned Vehicle Sales Departments and generate/close internal repair orders for vehicle maintenance along with accurately recording the vehicle complaint on the repair order. The internal services advisor will be explaining the nature of the work performed and all the costs associated in addition to generating/closing warranty repair orders and maintaining communications with Service Manager, Parts Manager and Sales Manager.

The working hours for this position will be usually day shifts with occasional weekends or evening shifts.

**What do I need?**

The minimum requirement for this position is a High school diploma or equivalent.
