We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will consult with clients on their organizational development needs. Solutions in your portfolio will include leadership development, team development, and strategic planning services. This role includes prospecting for new business, managing existing client relationships, and consulting with businesses to uncover ways Golden West and Homefield People and Strategy can help them reach their goals.

In this role, you will:

- Identify potential business opportunities. You will conduct client needs assessments, develop and present proposals, close sales, and ensure client deliverables are communicated to the fulfillment team.
- Network with clients. You will actively cultivate relationships with prospective clients and community stakeholders.
- Maintain expert product knowledge on our suite of product and services.
- Utilize CRM tools to forecast your sales progress

- You are eager and driven. Business development requires picking up the phone, creative adjustments, and overcoming obstacles.
- You are adaptive: Homefield People & Strategy is in a fast growth phase as we integrate with Golden West across Western Canada. Imagine the fast changes and opportunities of a start-up backed by the stability of a 65-year-old company.
- You are familiar with the basics of business strategy. This may come in the form of post-secondary education or hands-on experience.
- Experience in consultative selling is a strong asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Knowledge of leadership and team development tools is an asset, but not required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
