Our operation in Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is looking to fill Foreign Exchange Teller positions immediately.

**Main Job Purpose**:
The Foreign Exchange Teller is responsible for buying and selling foreign currencies and selling additional products to customers, while providing exceptional customer service at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Buy and sell foreign currencies.
- Provide money transfer services.
- Up-sell and cross-sell currency and company products
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Follow all company and security procedures.
- Balance the till accurately.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Skill Required**:

- Counting and adding large numbers in high speed, as well as working with large sums of cash.
- Verbal and written communication.
- Customer service.
- Working as a team.
- Problem solving.
- Selling and up-selling of products.
- Ability to sit / stand for long periods of time.

**Knowledge Required**:

- Foreign currencies, precious metals, phone cards, and travel insurance.
- Banking procedures.
- Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
