**Job Summary**

**Essential Functions**:

- Work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly.
- Immediately and effectively provide exceptional customer service levels to accurately enter customer orders and answer customer questions and/or concerns.
- Availability: 7 days per week from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST and/or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST
- Consistently meet established program sales targets.
- Offer feedback to the program supervisor based on errors or improving results.
- Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
- Demonstrate initiative and work in a team environment.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training programs

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
- Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory criminal record check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
