We are **HIRING**and**looking for an influential and experienced Bulk Plant Supervisor with direct experience operating a Cement Terminal.

The Bulk Plant Supervisor assists in the administration and management of a terminal operation in a cost-efficient manner. This position maintains appropriate inventory levels to ensure that cement shipments satisfy the needs of the customer. This position will involve managing a small team of operators.

**Scope of Work**:

- Assists in the coordination of all inbound and outbound shipments of cement from rail and truck.
- Manage all terminal personnel, including training, supervising and assigning duties
- Supervise and participate in loading bulk trucks.
- Coordinate and operate a computerized loading system
- Maintain grounds by mowing the grass, keeping debris from collecting on property and traffic access lanes
- Monitor security of the terminal property
- Assist in the purchase of parts and supplies in a cost-effective manner while maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- Order cement and ensures an appropriate amount is stored at the terminal to satisfy customer demands in a cost-efficient manner
- Aid in the daily opening and closing of computerized reports such as daily shipping report
- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customer concerns on product or services
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures while promoting a safe working environment
- Assist with report preparation on a weekly basis concerning inventory levels
- Collaborate with sales personnel regarding credit status and approval, pricing, purchase orders, COD deliveries

**What you Bring**:

- Minimum 5 years experience operating a cement terminal is required
- Proficient in using computerized loading systems along with Microsoft platforms
- Effective at identifying safety hazards ad enforces safety policies and contractors
- Well versed in plant operations and terminal policies
- Ability to operate all equipment, including railcar vibrators, silos, switch engines and rail cars
- Clean drivers abstract with no suspensions
- Must possess excellent analytical, interpersonal skills, along with strong leadership characteristics to manage team
- Possess strategic and critical thinking skills, able to adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
