**CLASS 1 TRUCK DRIVER/BULK MILK GRADER**

**D&B Leslie Trucking Ltd.** has an opportunity for an individual to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta to haul bulk milk loads from the producers (farms) in Southern Alberta to the Processing plants located in Diamond City, AB & Calgary, AB.

The position is available immediately.

**WHAT WE OFFER OUR TEAM**:
❖ HOME EVERY NIGHT

❖ Schedule: 7 on/4 off 7 on/3 off

❖ Hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) averages around 82-90 hrs. (40-45 hrs/wk)

❖ Starting wage: $29/Hr. O/T after 10 hrs. Wage adjusted in a timely manner

**WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM OUR TEAM**:
❖ Class 1 license for Manual Transmission (Clean 5 year commercial abstract)

❖ Must have a minimum of 3 years tanker (or livestock, log haul) experience

❖ Must live in Lethbridge area

❖ Able to drive in all weather conditions

❖ Able to back unit up with confidence

❖ Honesty, Respectfulness, Professionalism

❖ 5 yrs driving exp preferred but will consider 3 years tanker/livestock or logs

❖ Care & respect for all equipment

❖ Able to start the workday early (routes begin at 2:30 AM)

❖ Punctuality & dependability. Milk hauling runs on precise timing. Being late is not an option

❖ Cleanliness

❖ Professionalism & confidentiality at the farms as well as the plants

❖ Respectful attitude

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
